We’re not a national lead aggregator or call center. We’re a locally rooted, hands-on placement agency that personally guides every family. From accompanying you on tours and asking the right questions to coordinating movers, physicians, and paperwork, we handle every detail so the transition is smooth, informed, and dignified.
Founded by Silvia and John Caravella, Elevate was born from 14+ years of experience in staffing and placement. While planning the launch of our own 15-bed residential care home, we saw how overwhelming this process can be for families—and how broken the referral system can be.
So we built something better.
